There is something truly magical about laughter. Laughter reduces stress and combats depression. It even boosts immunity, increases resilience, and relieves pain. And, laughter is downright contagious!

Why not spend an evening of laughter with your date? Try out a local comedy club, or host a Netflix comedy night at your house. Attend a “laughter yoga” class together, share funny stories, or play silly games.

The ability to laugh with one another fosters a sense of intimacy and connection, laying the foundation for a solid relationship. So, share the magic! Laugh. A lot!
